Web version fixes (on 4/8):

• Added French dictionary (ask for others!)
• Fixed some bonuses & maluses bugs & values
• Displayed inputs in-game
• Added a button to restart the run (for tryharders)
• Fixed a level with too many crabs
• Added the die reason
• Lowered boss score a bit. A second time on 4/10
